Facebook Timeline is coming. While many of us have delayed using it, now the company is forcing it on us in a few days. I have never been really one to complain about changes and developments on Facebook this time, I am voicing it out because Timeline is really scandalous. I am not talking about how easily people can know more about you and such.

I am talking about the display. It is horrendous. The pictures are really big and I don’t understand which one comes first. It is really ugly. I have to sit back in order to see the profile of one who already has Timeline.

Anyway, I got this tip from another FB user. It is supposed to reduce the clutter on our walls if we are going to use Timeline.

I like to keep my FB private except to those I am friends with. So if you all would do the following, I’d appreciate it. With the new FB Timeline on its way this week for EVERYONE. . . please do both of us a favor: Hover over my name above. In a few seconds you’ll see a box that says “Subscribed”. Hover over that, then go to “Comments and Likes” and unclick it. That will stop my posts and yours to me from showing up on the side bar for everyone to see, but most importantly it limits hackers from invading our profiles. If you repost this I will do the same for you. You’ll know I’ve acknowledged you because if you tell me that you’ve done it I’ll “like” it.
